What This Website Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail records, court records, booking photos, warrants, or SCDC records, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, change a bond amount, or file court documents.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Florence County inmate and jail-record resources, including FCSO booking tools, the Florence Public Index, SCDC's locator, SLED records, South Carolina FOIA under Title 30 Chapter 4, and third-party research tools.

Use Rules

• Do not use the site to violate any law or court order.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or code without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with the site's availability or other visitors' use of it.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither the site nor its ad partners may be used as a substitute for an FCRA-compliant provider. You agree not to use information from this site for these purposes:
